Head Chef Highlights of the Role:
- £36k - £38k base
- Tips £3k - £4k (that’s what they have been the last 8 years)
- Bonus £5k
- Independent – no head office – no area manager’s – no spec sheets
- Fully staffed (apart from a Head Chef)
- Fresh food, 100% input into all menus
