Head Chef Highlights:
- Salary £45,000 - £46,000
- Hours – 40 – slightly more during the season but under out of season
- Inhouse catering – not a Contract Caterer – no politics
- No aggressive budgeting, GP% or tight margins, the end product is the most important
- You must have had experience working in a multi outlet operation ideally a sports stadium.
- A lot of prep and organisation days
