About our Restaurants:
- Currently we have two restaurants, both located in the heart of London.
- Our restaurant concepts are squarely aimed at restorative, healthy and casual dining.
- Created alongside the exciting Coffee concept, we bring a wholesome restaurant experience in the heart of busy cities.
- We also consult for some major Hotel & Restaurant clients.
About the General Manager role:
- We are looking for a dynamic General Manager who is passionate about people to oversee the operation of two restaurants, exciting, high profile events, as well as the new openings we have at planning stage.
- We have a small team so hard work, integrity and people skills are essential.
- You would be fully responsible for the operations of the restaurants and support the site managers and supervisors with ordering, stock taking, invoices and staff rotas.
- As we are part of a bigger company you will get support of our Operational, Financial and HR team. You would also have an ambassadorial role with one of our major Hotelier clients.
