All the food here is made on site – all the food is fresh, seasonal and a lot of thought and care has gone into the menu. This is the perfect opportunity for a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie who has menu ideas and loves working with fine ingredients.
If you want to work with great food but not pushing for Rosettes or Michelin this is the role for you.
