This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team in a busy fresh food gastro pub working closely with the head chef designing new menus and helping to push the business forward. You will be required to ensure the kitchen is always running smoothly and efficiently, whilst maintaining high standards at all times. The kitchen can be very fast paced so having high volume experience is essential.
