Hospitality Sous Chef role in London (Monday to Friday) Overview:
- Assist head chef in the running of 6 hospitality outlets across London
- You will inspire and develop your team, and drive the business with passion and a forward-thinking approach
- Sous Chef on rotation across sites until you settle on the preferred location in Central London.
- Be a part of a team catering for around 50 corporate events a month for between 20 and 200 attendees from hot breakfasts, canapes, finger food and bespoke experiences
- Helping with creating seasonal offers for our client brochures and look at ways to innovate and develop the business.
