We are seeking a General Manager with a passion for fine food and exquisite service to join us in our quaint Gastro-style Restaurant with Rooms.
We are a unique Restaurant with 12 Bedrooms, overlooking the Cheshire Plain along the historic Sandstone Trail in Cheshire. We have won numerous awards including:

Our General Manager will play a leading role in the continued success of our business. Being an independent company, the successful applicant will be responsible to the directors and head office. Head office offers a full accounts, HR, and payroll department, sales and marketing team, and central reservations, aiding you to concentrate on the most important aspect of the business, the customers.
As the General Manager you will obviously have a lot of operational autonomy. Here’s an example of some of your duties:
- Running the business on the day to day basis as GM.
- Managerial capacity to lead, train and develop staff to drive the operational excellence and financial performance of the site.
- Ensuring the health and safety procedures are carried out correctly.
- Must be able to effectively manage specified gross profit and wage targets.
