3rd line IT Technician / Engineer – in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire - Highlights:
- Salary up to £35,000K per annum – negotiable depending on experience
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm

3rd line IT Technician / Engineer – in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire – Responsibilities:
- AD Support including GPO, DNS, Replication, DHCP and FSMO roles.
- Be able to take technical lead on major incidents or outages
- Provide coaching on technical skills and processes to 1st and 2nd line employees
- Train and transfer knowledge to internal teams
- Highlight and complete proactive maintenance for clients
- Server related support/troubleshooting
- Working/Building new servers both virtual and physical
- O365 management
- Sonicwall / Draytek configuration maintenance
3rd line IT Technician / Engineer – in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire – Skills / Experience:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A confident communicator, with excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and great time management skills
- Flexibility to travel to customer locations when required
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server and associated infrastructures
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Virtualisation technologies (VMware or HyperV)
- Enterprise level management of Anti-Virus Software
- Physical servers
- Sharepoint
