The role is based at a site with multiple different food outlets providing a range of different cuisines, you will be working alongside a solid head chef and sous chef and providing input into menus and New concepts.
This is a great role for a chef looking to gain a work life balance have to very rarely work an evening or weekend. You will be contracted to a 35 hours but if you did work over you would be paid for every hour worked or given the time back in lieu; alongside this if you ever worked a bank holiday it would be at an increased rate of pay.
