This restaurant is an exciting concept with a focus on Vietnamese/Pan Asian/Street Food in the heart of Manchester city centre. We are family owned and we have experience with Vietnamese cuisine, however we wanted to mix that up with a complete Pan Asian flavour and present our incredible food in the style you would expect from the fabulous street food vendors who have recently become very popular.
Our menus are fantastic, and we are doing something that’s very different, so we need Managers who are the face of the Restaurant and engage with our clients, using, what will eventually be, your expert knowledge of our exciting drinks menu!
Bar Manager, Manchester – Experience/Skills:
- Tact and diplomacy in all situations
- Bar experience essential
- Knowledge of Cocktail recipes, a wide variety of Drinks and Wine
- Knowledge of Bar hygiene, tap cleaning, health & safety
- Ability to work in busy environments and serve multiple guests
- Great attention to detail and good memory
- Friendly and charming to make our guests feel at home
