We currently have an amazing opportunity for a General Manager to join our fantastic team at this gorgeous 10 bedroom Hotel, a National Trust property in the Heddon Valley, North Devon, in the heart of 2,000 acres that the Trust already cares for.
We are looking for a dynamic and strong operator, with a hands on approach to lead the motivated and passionate team as General Manager.

If you are a General Manager and you possess the following skills and attributes, then we would love to speak to you:
- Outstanding team management skills, strong knowledge of HR practices and a good financial acumen
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of rooms management and food and beverage operations
- A proven track record of leading a team to achieve performance and operational targets
- Experience within a smaller team, where you have taken a hands on approach to the management
