An exciting Hotel Operations Manager role in London (Central), paying up to £55,000 per year is available at a beautifully restored Georgian Terrace Hotel. With an initial focus of building our opening team and developing the Food & Beverage offering at the Hotel, this senior role offers clear progression towards a General Management position.

*It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage division, within a premium London Hotel, to be suitable for this role. Your focus will be the Food & Beverage division, therefore it is essential that you have experience as a hands on Manager within F&B.

Hotel Operations Manager role in London – About You:

Are you a hands-on Manager, from a Food and Beverage background, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to prioritise effectively?

Do you have experience with forecasting and reviewing financial performance, as well as establishing operating standards in the day-to-day service, monitoring results and developing training programmes for the team?

We will support you to develop a sense of morale and team spirit, encouraging cross department communication and support as well as delivering personal and engaging service to our guests, leading the team and championing our service ethos of “Luxury - Simplified.”
