We are working with an experienced consultant to produce a cutting-edge cocktail menu, and we are looking for an adventurous personality looking to experiment, while offering great customer service.
As Cocktail Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the Bar, responsible for team rotas, beverage control and assisting in stocktakes. This role will be reporting to a Food and Beverage Manager.
