We’re seeking a charismatic and engaging Bar Manager, paying an excellent salary between £23-26k (negotiable, depending on experience), for our fabulous brand new Vietnamese/Pan Asian, street food styled Restaurant concept opening soon in Manchester city centre!

Overview of our fabulous restaurant in Manchester:
This restaurant is an exciting new Vietnamese/Pan Asian/Street Food concept in the heart of Manchester. We are family owned and we have experience with Vietnamese cuisine, however we wanted to mix that up with a complete Pan Asian flavour and present our incredible food in the style you would expect from the fabulous street food vendors who have recently become very popular.
Our menus are fantastic, and we are doing something that’s very different, so we need someone to be the face of the Restaurant and engage with our clients, using, what will eventually be, your expert knowledge of our exciting menu!
Bar Manager, Manchester – Requirements:
- Training bar team
- making and developing cocktails
- Serving guests
- Aiding Bar Team
- Adhering to the training manual
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Manage stock levels
- Managing social media and marketing when needed
Bar Manager, Manchester – Experience/Skills:
- Tact and diplomacy in all situations
- Bar experience essential
- Knowledge of Cocktail recipes, a wide variety of Drinks and Wine
- Knowledge of Bar hygiene, tap cleaning, health & safety
- Ability to work in busy environments and serve multiple guests
- Great attention to detail and good memory
- Friendly and charming to make our guests feel at home
- Team player with energy and stamina
