We are looking to replace our Sous Chef, who is moving on to pastures new after 4 years with us, hence we are looking for a committed Sous Chef to join our passionate and dedicated brigade:

We are looking for a Sous Chef who will thrive in a busy multi-faceted F&B environment. We have a Brasserie as well as a busy Banqueting business, and experience with functions and weddings would be essential.
We work with fresh produce, as we have access to much of the regions wonderful larder so you will have plenty of freedom to use your creative flair.
