We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager from a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant background to join a premium gastro Australian/Scottish pub in Stirling.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will adopt a ‘hands on’ approach and lead your team by example, focusing on the highest levels of service and standards, whilst training and developing your team to do the same.
