We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with lots of passion, energy and warmth to join our family at an exciting time for the business, as a major development project gets underway to improve the facilities at the park. This will include a new full-length green trail, bespoke visitor welcome/bike hire centre as well as onsite accommodation. With all these developments there is plenty of scope to get involved in expanding the current food offering and add exciting new products.

Our Food & Beverage Manager looks like:
- Previous Food & Beverage management experience
- Level 3 food hygiene
- An ability to create a can-do attitude amongst team members and nurture a fun and engaged working environment
- A passion for food, sourcing quality products and creating interesting and applicable menus
- Hard working and passionate
- Great Customer Service skills
- Understanding of stock, pricing and its movement
- Team player and trainer
- Excellent time management and ability to work under your own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
