Great opportunity for a Duty Manager to join this central venue attraction, in the Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan area, in the breath-taking South Wales countryside.

We require from you:
- Previous hotel supervisory experience.
- At least 1-year customer service experience.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, work alongside a broad and wide range of people.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings weekends and bank holidays plus occasional night shift to cover Manager.
- Qualifications in Customer Service, First Aid, Food safety, Health and safety desirable.
This Duty Manager role requires:
- Manage the day to day running of the hotel floor and ensure that all departments are operating, and guests are being treated to a four-star standard of service across the resort.
- Champion guest service throughout the departments, regularly reviewing departmental standards and demanding best practice from all staff.
- Resolve all guest complaints, ensuring all queries are followed through in a swift and professional manner.
- To meet, greet and be available for our guests throughout their stay to ensure guest expectations are achieved.
- To be fully conversant with all departments helping where required.
- To liaise daily with all departments to understand the business requirements, needs and pressure points.
- To be an advocate of Health and Safety.
