Director of Sales – Overview:

Our Director of Sales will lead an award-winning team who deliver amazing hospitality, consistently, as well as guiding the team to achieve the best career opportunities available, backed up by training and development every step of the way.

 

Director of Sales – Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of activity and revenue targets.
  • Driving performance and motivate the sales team to deliver individual and team targets
  • Develop, implement and drive the sales strategy.
  • Manage and measure the ROI of initiatives/promotions and marketing activities.
  • Deliver a creative engagement plan, for both new and existing accounts.
  • Actively seek out new national opportunities for your hotel, through participation in group wide initiatives.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts across all revenue streams.
  • Set clear objectives, targets and KPI’s for individuals ensuring progress against these on an ongoing basis.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality / other FMCG, brand led or customer facing proactive sales environment.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Passion, energy and will be able to deliver at pace.
