We are now seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team.

Chef de Partie – Background & Responsibilities:
We want to speak to you if you are already a Chef de Partie or you have been working as Demi Chef de Partie and you’re looking for the next move in your career.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in fresh, seasonal British cooking, and you’ll be able to motivate a team and also be eager to learn from others. You’ll be a career-focused, driven individual looking to make your mark on the culinary world.
Reporting directly into our Head Chef we are looking for gifted and capable chefs to join his brigade. If you are passionate about food, full of enthusiasm and efficient within a busy hotel kitchen you will be perfect for this role. We’ll be looking for individuals that are as highly-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic as our Head Chef, sharing the same delight for food and ingredients.
