We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our passionate team in this beautiful property, which is a Cotswolds Classic, comprising of 28 luxury boutique bedrooms, quality dining, and an event space worthy of any celebration, plus we are surrounded by stunning countryside in Gloucestershire, just seven miles from Cheltenham.
The potential here is enormous and we’re looking for an ambitious and committed Chef de Partie with a passion for fresh food.
We offer our Chef de Partie:
- Hourly rate - £9 plus tips and Tronc paid regularly
- Live-in accommodation available
- Tips and Tronc can be around £2 per hour on TOP of the hourly rate, depending on season and volumes
- 50% discount on Food throughout the group [70% discount on duty]
