We are currently searching for two talented Chef de Partie to join the highly-regarded kitchen team at our boutique hotel in the picturesque heart of the Cotswolds – near Cheltenham. We are undergoing a huge garden refurbishment with alfresco seating and bespoke outdoor kitchen - including pizza oven.

Chef de Partie Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
- A Passion for high quality, seasonal foods and provenance.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional, inspired dishes and menu selections.
- Experience across all sections in a busy, creative and dynamic kitchen.
- A desire to grow, learn and progress your career within the industry.
